This is how MediaMax Software handles information about you. The short version: this website sets no cookies, tracks nothing, and the only information we hold is what you choose to send us.
Who we are
MediaMax Software builds software for businesses. For anything in this notice, email hello@mediamaxsoftware.com.
Visiting this website
- No cookies, no analytics and no advertising trackers.
- No outside fonts, scripts or embedded content: everything on these pages comes from this site, so visiting does not tell any other company that you were here.
- The site is hosted by Microsoft Azure. Like any web host, its servers record each request (your IP address, your browser and the page asked for) to keep the service secure and running. We don't use these records to find out who you are.
When you email us
If you email us, we have your name, your email address and whatever you tell us. We use it to reply to you and, if we go on to work together, to run the project and send invoices. Our reason for using it is to answer your enquiry and take the steps you have asked for before any contract, and, once we work together, to carry out that contract.
Your emails are held by our email provider. We don't sell your information, we don't add you to a mailing list, and we don't share it with anyone else unless the law requires us to.
We keep enquiries that don't turn into work for no more than two years. We keep records of work we have done for as long as the law requires us to keep business and tax records.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to how we use it. Email us and we'll answer within one month.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113. We'd be grateful for the chance to put it right first.
Changes
If this notice changes, we'll update it here and change the date at the top.
